Booking terms
Booking a stay on anystay.fi.
Your accommodation contract is with the host. Each place’s own booking and cancellation terms are shown on its page and at checkout; many hosts use these standard terms.

1. Parties
The accommodation contract is between the guest and the host. The host is named on the listing and in the booking confirmation. Anystay (Easy Host Oy) runs anystay.fi, handles the booking and takes the payment on the host’s behalf, but is not a party to the accommodation contract.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is binding once the payment is accepted. Where a listing takes booking requests, the host answers within 24 hours, or sooner for a stay starting the same day, at the latest by check-in time; a request not answered in time expires and nothing is charged. A guest may withdraw a request at any time before it is approved. Prices include VAT and every mandatory fee, and the guest pays no service fee. If the host has set a payment plan, the remaining payments are charged on the dates shown. If a later payment still fails after a reminder, the host may cancel the booking under the cancellation policy.
3. No right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer law does not apply to accommodation booked for specific dates. A booking can only be cancelled under these terms and the listing’s cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation
The cancellation policy is shown on the listing and at checkout and forms part of these terms. A booking made on anystay.fi is cancelled on the trip page linked in the booking confirmation; cancellations by phone or email are not accepted. Other bookings are cancelled by telling the host in writing. Refunds go back to the card used and usually show within 5–10 banking days.
5. Cancellation by the host
If the host cancels, the guest gets back everything they paid. We help you find another place, but we do not guarantee one or pay any price difference.
6. Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times and arrival instructions are in the booking confirmation and on the trip page.
7. Use of the place
The maximum number of guests may not be exceeded and the place may not be passed on to others. House rules must be followed. The guest is liable for damage they cause. If the listing states a security deposit, it is charged and returned as described there.
8. Problems during the stay
Tell the host about any problem straight away in the booking’s message thread so it can be fixed. Problems reported later cannot always be compensated.
9. Reviews
You can review the stay within 14 days of check-out. A review must be based on your own stay, and you may not accept anything in return for it.
10. Personal data
The host processes the guest’s data to provide the stay and meet legal obligations. Anystay processes booking and account data as described in the anystay.fi privacy notice.
11. Governing law
Finnish law applies, without taking away the mandatory rights a consumer has under the law of their home country. A consumer may take a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
